Dr. Bing Wann Jeun Obituary
Bing Wann Jeun passed away peacefully on February 10, 2025, at 96 years of age. He was born to James Hanson and Cheon Mei Jeun in Hoiping (Kaiping), China. Bing graduated from the University of Ottawa Medical School in 1960. Dr. Jeun received his certification in internal medicine in 1968 focusing on neurology. He was one of the first neurologists in Windsor and practiced over 45 years. Dr. Jeun was predeceased by his wife, Shirley (2020). He was the loving father of Gwendolyn (Daniel), Lawrence (Cindy), Roselyn (Steven), Julian, Alexander and Glorianna (Paul). Grandfather to Colin, James, Myles, Russell, Calvin, Reid and Harrison. Brother to the late Bing Ko (Julie), the late Kinny (James) and Jean (Brian). Bing valued his important relationships with many extended family members. Proud longtime member of the Essex County Chinese Canadian Association (ECCCA).
Services will be held at Families First (1065 Lauzon Rd) East Windsor on February 18, 2025.
Visitation at 10:00 a.m. with service to follow at 12:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to ECCCA or to the Windsor Regional Hospital Foundation.
